Lin Li
Originally from Hong Kong, Lin Li now resides in Glasgow, Scotland. Coming from an academic and employment background in Social Sciences and disability service, Lin has gradually shifted her vocation to fine art. Video is a medium which she began to explore in 2011, and moving images and sound are now the core elements in her work. Her videos have been screened in Britain and different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and in the US. Lin’s work covers a wide range of subjects. Some of the recurrent themes are the ephemeral elements of nature and the transience of human experiences.
