The telefonART review of films made with cell phones is meant for everybody, regardless of age or place of residence. The jury will select the best productions from the submitted films, and their public presentation will be included in the 21st European Film Festival for Documentaries dokumentART. The film most favoured by the audience will receive the “Golden Moby” award. This year's telefonART will include workshops on making films with a cell phone or any other amateur or non standard recording device. The workshops will be conducted by Cezary Ciszewski, author of the “Miasto w Komie” (City in a Cell) project.
