As is now tradition, the grand finale of Szczecin European Film Festival '16 will take place in one of the most beautiful buildings in Europe: the Szczecin Philharmonic, winner of the 2015 Mies van der Rohe Prize. The ceremony will be hosted by acknowledged Szczecin journalist, poet, and literary critic Konrad Wojtyła.

Journalist, literary critic, poet. Vice-president of the Sławomir Mrożek Foundation. Author of several books. Host, initiator, and moderator of numerous discussions, panels, and debates attended by the most important representatives of cultural life in Poland. For years he has been cooperating with the OFFicyna Association (working on both dokumentART and Szczecin European Film Festival) as moderator for the discussions with filmmakers as well as for festival meetings.
