Maciej Drygas '16
Film and radio director, screenwriter, professor at the Łódź Film School. Born in 1956 in Łódź. Graduated from directing at the Russian State University of Cinematography (VGIK) in Moscow. After the graduation he assisted Krzysztof Zanussi and Krzysztof Kieślowski. Awarded at many festivals, including the Prix Italia '92 for the documentary radio play “Testament,” the Felix '91 for the best documentary film in Europe - “Usłyszcie mój krzyk,” the Grand Prix '95 at the Monte-Carlo Television Festival for his documentary film “Stan nieważkości.” Maciej Drygas' films and radio dramas have been broadcast by TV and radio stations in Europe, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, and Japan.
