Antye Greie-Ripatti
Antye Greie-Ripatti is a digital songwriter, sound composer, poet, curator and educator. Born 1969 in East Germany she now lives and works in Hailuoto, Finland. Known also as AGF and poemproducer. Focus in work includes the relationship between language, voice and sound. Medium audiovisual live performance, digital communication, sound installations, commissions for movies and theater. Greie-Ripatti has released 25 long player records and numerous collaborations under such aliases as AGF, AGF/Delay (with Vladislav Delay), Greie Gut Fraktion (with Gudrun Gut), and The Lappetites (with Kaffe Matthews and Eliane Radigue), many collaborations with the award-winning classical composer Craig Armstrong. Greie also runs her own production company, AGF Producktion, and has produced records for other artists most famously for Ellen Allien (SOOL, 2009, BPitch). In 2012/13 Greie-Ripatti was artistic director of Hai Art, an arts organization in Hailuoto.

Performed by Bothnian Draale Pack in Winter 2009 Kati & Arpad Kovasc and AGF performed the famous Simultangedicht by Kurt Schwitters on the frozen ocean between Hailuoto and Oulu/ Finland, close to an airport and a public ferry. The sound scape and video taken were reworked and edited to this surrealist piece.
